Randy and Janelle Carroll

Randy Carroll is in his fourth year of service as a member of the board. He retired in 2008 from IBM Research Triangle Park in Raleigh, NC.  He spent his years in IBM in various leadership roles for a wide assortment projects and groups ranging from office micro-electronics, to PC software development tooling, to warehouse automated distribution & tracking, to onboard computers for vehicles.  He spent his last years at IBM as IBM’s representative to a large communication standards organization in the personal healthcare industry.  Before and after IBM he worked for small software startups and now spends a portion of his time doing software for non-profit organizations.
