Victoria Sabin

Immediate Past President, Wintergreen Music 

Ms. Sabin is a retired hotel development executive and interior designer. Her career included more than 20 years as an executive and corporate officer for a Washington DC Real Estate Investment Trust, where she functioned as Owner’s Representative, overseeing development and renovation projects for hotels under all major flags. She also handled shareholder and Board relations as Corporate Secretary. Ms. Sabin then served as Vice President of an Ohio-based development firm, where she developed and managed a chain of extended-stay boutique hotels. Upon leaving the hotel industry, she designed, opened, and managed to-the-trade showrooms in Washington and New York. She completed her career as a partner and interior designer at Sabin & Sullivan, a private firm providing custom interior products, interior design services, and purchasing services to the design industry, wholesalers, and contractors.

She has been a homeowner at Wintergreen since 1997, first as a second-home owner on the mountain and currently as a full-time resident of Stoney Creek. Ms. Sabin is long-time supporter of Wintergreen Performing Arts and has been an active volunteer since 2016.
