Charlotte Chapman

Board Member, Wintergreen Music 

Charlotte Chapman is serving her first term as Board member. She has lived in Nelson County for 25 years and has been a supporter of Wintergreen Music during that time. Charlotte is a licensed professional counselor with a career in providing mental health counseling, teaching counseling students and running not for profits. She has a Masters Degree in Counseling from VCU. She retired from UVA as the Director of Counseling at the Women’s Center in 2018. Her first priority was to make the time to sing and she has enjoyed being part of the Wintergreen Music Festival’s Sing With Us! ever since. Charlotte has also been involved in volunteer work including, most recently, serving on the Board of Georgia’s Friends, a not for profit in Charlottesville. She and her husband moved from Afton to Stoney Creek three years ago. They are very happy to be involved more with Wintergreen and especially the Music Festival.
