Office phone lines (434.361.0541) are live Tuesdays from 12:00-3:00 pm and Thursdays from 10:00 am-12:00 pm. Ania Cios, Office Coordinator, also checks voicemail and phone call requests throughout the week. You may additionally request an office meeting time here.
Wintergreen Music has an office in Nellysford, VA in the Wintergreen Real Estate Office Building.
The Wintergreen Music Festival and LEAD Cooperative are held at Wintergreen Resort and neighboring partner locations.

Directions to Wintergreen Resort
Directions from Shenandoah Valley I-81:
Take Exit 221, which is I-64 EAST. Follow I-64 to Exit 99 (at top of Rockfish Gap):
Option 1: Turn right (on US 250 east for about 100 yards) to the Blue Ridge Parkway – South. Take the Parkway south about 14 miles (to the next exit – VA Route 664). Make left turn and go “down the mountain” about a mile to the entrance to Wintergreen Resort (a left turn).
Option 2: Turn right (on US 250 east for about 3 miles) to VA Route 151 south, turn right. Follow Route 151 (south) to Route 664, 14.2 miles, turn right. Proceed 4.5 miles to the Wintergreen entrance.
Directions from Charlottesville:
Take I-64 WEST to Exit 107 and turn left to take US 250 west. Follow 250 (west) approximately 4.8 miles to VA Route 151, turn left. Follow Route 151 (south) to Route 664, 14.2 miles, turn right. Proceed 4.5 miles to the Wintergreen Entrance.
Directions from Lynchburg:
Take US Highway 29 north approximately 15 miles to VA Route 151, turn left. Follow Route 151 (north) approximately 24 miles to Route 664, turn left. Proceed 4.5 miles to the Wintergreen entrance.
Please note: It is recommended that you use directions found here in order to travel to Wintergreen Resort. However, if you do opt to use GPS, enter “Wintergreen Drive, Roseland, Virginia” as your destination. The Blue Ridge Parkway is a wonderful way to travel to the resort, but please avoid using the parkway if there is heavy fog; the parkway is often closed in the winter. Be sure to compare your result against the non-GPS directions.
