Corinne Horvath

Executive Director, Wintergreen Music 

Corinne Horvath brings over a decade of experience in arts management, with a reputation for excellence in both the creative and operational aspects of the arts. While recently appointed to Executive Director, Corinne previously served as Interim Executive Director, Director of Donor Relations & Education, and Academy Manager for Wintergreen Music. She has worked to strengthen community ties, drive donor engagement, and cultivate meaningful artistic experiences for students, performers and audiences alike.

A native of New Hartford, New York, Corinne has enjoyed a rich, multifaceted career as a performer, arts administrator, educator, and entrepreneur. Her academic journey includes a Bachelor of Music in Clarinet Performance from Fredonia State University, as well as Master of Music and Doctor of Music degrees in Clarinet Performance and Arts Administration from Florida State University.

At the Tallahassee Symphony Orchestra, Corinne served as Director of Patron Services and General Manager, overseeing the daily operations and playing a key role in public relations and community engagement. Upon moving to Virginia, she held the role of Youth Orchestra Manager for the Richmond Symphony, managing the development and growth of one of the area’s premier youth music programs. Corinne also contributed significantly to the Florida State University College of Music, where she worked in marketing and public relations. Most notably, she established the college’s first active social media presence, enhancing their outreach to diverse audiences.

Corinne has performed internationally throughout Austria and Germany and nationally with the Tallahassee Symphony Orchestra, Valdosta Symphony Orchestra, Sinfonia Gulf Coast and the Trade Winds Recording Ensemble.

Corinne is a resident of Richmond, Virginia, where she resides with her husband John. In addition to her role in the music industry, she enjoys creative work in the textile and jewelry industries. She owns and operates a small jewelry business as a silversmith and teaches classes for sewing enthusiasts. Corinne’s creative ventures complement her business interests, further enhancing her ability to lead with innovation, vision, and entrepreneurial spirit. She remains a passionate advocate for the arts, dedicated to inspiring the next generation of musicians and arts leaders.
