Margaret Klucznik, viola
Margaret began playing viola – on what was technically a half-size violin with viola strings! – at age 7. In the summer of 2013, she was a member of the first ever National Youth Orchestra of the United States of America. In 2019, she spent a month as an apprentice with the National Arts Centre Orchestra (Ottawa). She holds a Bachelor of Music from Oberlin Conservatory and a Master of Music from Peabody Conservatory. Her major teachers include Steve Larson, Peter Slowik, and Victoria Chiang. In the fall, she will begin graduate-level studies in orchestral conducting at The Hartt School.
